Services and Pricing
We offer movement-based and educational services, including individual sessions, courses, and workshops. Current prices and detailed information are always listed with each specific service offering.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
- Bookings are made via the booking system or by email.
- Cancellations are possible no later than 24 hours before the scheduled session.
- In case of late cancellation or no-show, we reserve the right to charge the full price of the session.
Payment Terms
- Payment can be made by bank transfer, QR code, or cash by prior agreement.
- Invoices are issued electronically and sent to the email address you provide.
Health and Liability Disclaimer
By participating in movement-based activities, the client confirms that:
- they are medically fit to participate in the activity,
- they participate at their own responsibility,
- they acknowledge that physical activity may involve physical exertion or risk of injury,
- they take full responsibility for their health condition during the session.
Inner Orbit practice does not replace medical or psychotherapeutic care.
Payment and Cancellation Information
- All prices are transparently stated for each service.
- Prices include all applicable fees (including VAT, if applicable).
- Services may be cancelled no later than one day before the scheduled start.
- Complaints or claims are handled individually based on mutual agreement.
