Workshops & Approach

The workshops and seminars I create are rooted in personal experience, long-term practice, and principles that can be returned to repeatedly — especially during periods of uncertainty, overwhelm, or life transitions. They are based on simple yet practical tools that support a deeper connection with oneself, the body, and one's inner landscape.

This work emerged from my own journey. After finishing school, I went through periods of searching, uncertainty, and the need to find a stronger sense of grounding within myself and in the world around me. Although we live in a time filled with endless information and external stimulation, what is often missing is integration — a deeper understanding of our inner world and how to truly work with ourselves in everyday life.

In today's fast-moving and overstimulated environment, it can become increasingly difficult to recognize our real needs, maintain balance, and stay connected to our center. This is why I consider it important to create spaces that support slowing down, reconnecting with oneself, and developing sensitivity to one's own rhythm and bodily signals.

The workshops integrate a holistic body–mind–heart approach. I believe that deeper understanding arises when mind, body, and lived experience are connected. One layer without the others often loses both depth and the possibility for real integration.

The work therefore engages several interconnected layers:

Mind — creating frameworks, orientation within themes, understanding connections and underlying principles
Body — conscious movement, body awareness, tension release, and nervous system regulation
Feeling & Experience — space for slowing down, meditation, integration, and grounding in the present moment

Together, these layers create space for deeper self-awareness, creativity, and the natural development of one's inner system.

The intention is not to provide universal answers or claim that there is one correct path. Rather, the workshops offer tools, principles, and experiences that may support greater balance, stability, and a more conscious relationship with oneself and everyday life. Each person takes from the process what is meaningful for them and continues integrating it in their own way.

The content of each workshop is created according to the specific group, environment, and needs of the space. The work integrates conscious movement, attention-based practices, somatic principles, and practical approaches to everyday wellbeing and functioning.

Workshop themes may include:

  • relationship to the body, movement, and regeneration
  • nervous system regulation and working with stress
  • work–life balance and more sustainable ways of functioning
  • nutrition, vitality, and everyday habits
  • developing intuition, self-awareness, and conscious attention
  • creating a personal rhythm and supportive inner structure
  • work with imagination and the inner landscape
  • supporting creativity, authenticity, and natural expression
  • shaping life in alignment with personal values and inner foundations

Each session is guided with sensitivity and a practical approach, with an emphasis on direct experience, creating a safe space, and supporting integration into everyday life.

I perceive the entire concept of Inner Orbit™ as a living and multilayered process that brings together movement, conscious awareness, body-based work, imagination, and direct experience. It is a space for exploration, growth, and reconnecting with what naturally exists within us.
